Dr.-Ing. Florian Weißhardt is Head of Synapticon Intelligence, the business unit driving safe AI integration in robotics. He spent nearly a decade at Fraunhofer IPA in Stuttgart in service robotics and system integration, working on the Care-O-bot service-robot family, and co-founded Mojin Robotics (later 4am Robotics) as CTO and Head of Software Development, building autonomous mobile robots. He holds a diploma in automation/mechatronics and a doctorate from Stuttgart on an automated test and evaluation framework for service robotics. At Synapticon he helps robot builders, integrators and operators master the complexity of advanced AI while meeting the highest functional-safety standards.
