Gabriel Nebreda, has been Country Head of IREN in Spain since June 2026, following IREN's acquisition of Nostrum Group, a company he had led as CEO. During his time at the helm of Nostrum Group, he drove the transformation of the business, turning its subsidiary Nostrum Data Centers into the core of the company's activity, focused on data centers. He brings more than two decades of experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Before leading Nostrum Group, he served as CEO of EDP Solar. Prior to that, he spent 11 years at EDP Renewables in management positions, including Executive Operating Director for Europe and Executive Director of International Business Development, working on onshore and offshore wind projects across Europe and Latin America. He began his professional career at Gamesa and Grupo Ferrovia
