Anne Le Hénanff serves as Minister Delegate for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Affairs since October 2025. A graduate of EM Normandie, she built her career across the food industry, digital technology, and organizational consulting before stepping into local politics in Vannes. She served as First Deputy Mayor with responsibility for digital affairs, was elected to the National Assembly representing the 1st constituency of Morbihan in 2022, and was re-elected in 2024. During her time in Parliament, she developed expertise in cybersecurity, digital sovereignty, and technological innovation. In her ministerial role, she leads France's national strategy on artificial intelligence and digital technology.
