Dr. Ali Agha is the Co-founder and CEO of FieldAI, where he leads the development of Physical AI and robotic autonomy technologies for complex, unstructured environments. Under his leadership, FieldAI has deployed robots across hundreds of sites throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Prior to founding FieldAI, Dr. Agha was a Technologist and Group Leader at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, where he served as Principal Investigator for major autonomy programs including DARPA SubT, DARPA RACER, and the prototype Mars Helicopter–Rover coordinated autonomy project. He previously held research roles at Qualcomm Research and MIT. Dr. Agha has authored more than 200 scientific publications and is an inventor on more than 50 published and provisional patents. His work has been featured in CNBC, Bloomberg, Business Insider, IEEE Spectrum, MIT News, Wired, and other global media outlets.
