Julie Hardy is a Partner and The Brandtech Group CEO France, the global leader in digital marketing solutions, working with numerous CAC40 and S&P companies. Since its launch in 2015, The Brandtech Group has been dedicated to building brands better, faster, and cheaper using technology. It has been a pioneer in AI and owns the #1 platform in generative AI marketing: Pencil, which is an end-to-end generative AI solution for global brands, and was named a Most Innovative Company 2024 by Fast Company. Julie, in collaboration with clients and operational teams, has spent the past year piloting and deploying generative AI for major accounts. Over the past 20 years, Julie has developed a unique marketing profile with a strong focus on digital transformation and omnichannel strategies, primarily in the beauty and luxury sectors. She has proven expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams to create innovative, large-scale solutions that enhance brand perception, generate value for consumers, and stimulate brand growth. Julie began her career in marketing at L'Oréal, then spent nine years in New York where she joined the executive teams of a number of agencies, focusing on digital transformation. She returned to France as Executive Vice-President and General Manager of Dan Paris (the digital agency within TBWA) before joining The Brandtech Group nine years ago. Her skills range from developing strategy and brand programs to scaling innovation. Julie has brought her expertise to leading brands and groups such as L'Oréal, Estée Lauder, LVMH, Danone, Amore Pacific, Shiseido, Puig, Coty, Printemps, Labelux, Uniqlo, Air France, Sotheby's, GE, and Essilor. Lastly, Julie is French, but a New Yorker at heart, an ever-beginner surfer and an art-lover. Julie holds an MBA from EM Lyon business school and completed Stanford University’s Executive Program ”Be a Leader Who Matters in 2024.
