Cécile started her career at TBWA, working mainly on the Danone (Institut Danone) and France Telecom brands. She then joined BBDP & Fils when the agency was created in France and had the chance to participate from the start in the development of a fledgling agency that grew from 8 to 80 people in 2 years. Cécile then joined CML/BBDO where she was in charge of international accounts such as Pepsi Worldwide, Masterfoods Europe and Wrigleys Europe led from Paris and London. In order to further strengthen her international experience, Cécile went abroad to take over the General Management of the BBDO agency in Turkey for three years. She had the chance and happiness to lead an agency of 150 passionate and exciting people, making it one of the best in the country at that time.
