Paolo Guglielmini is Vice President EMEA at NVIDIA, where he leads the regional ecosystem to drive NVIDIA’s growth agenda and help governments, enterprises and partners across Europe, the Middle East and Africa deploy AI at scale. This includes sovereign AI infrastructure, AI factories and accelerated computing platforms that are reshaping EMEA’s industries and public institutions. A strategic, global technology leader with over 20 years of executive experience, Paolo combines clear strategic vision with empathetic, high-integrity leadership to build high performing teams that execute with pace and precision. Before joining NVIDIA, Paolo served as Group CEO of Hexagon, a global leader in digital reality solutions, where he led the company’s pivot toward vertical software and 3D digitization across a broad portfolio spanning manufacturing, construction, geospatial, mining and agriculture. Through bold innovation and global M&A, he developed deep expertise at the intersection of engineering software, sensor fusion, autonomous systems and robotics — the technologies now central to NVIDIA’s platform. Earlier in his career, Paolo contributed to the engineering infrastructure for CERN’s Large Hadron Collider, launched in 2009 — one of the most ambitious scientific projects in human history. He holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Genoa and an MBA from IMD.
