Karim Jalbout is the founder of Konstellation Advisory, focusing on executive leadership, scaling, and AI go-to-market strategy. He partners with private equity and venture-backed founders and CEOs from many investor portfolios, including Cinven, Eurazeo, Apax, Ethos Capital, Soho Square, and Creandum. Karim previously served as Chief People Officer at Lilium, an electric mobility (eVTOL) company. He also spent 11 years at Egon Zehnder as a Partner and Lead for the private equity technology practice. His career began in marketing and commercial roles at Diageo and Sony Ericsson. As a moderator and podcast host, Karim has interviewed some of the world’s most influential leaders, including Michelle Obama and Amal Clooney, as well as founders and leaders from Signal, Hugging Face, Uber, and AMD. Additionally, he’s an active angel investor with a portfolio of 20+ early-stage companies.
