Mr. Calveley is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in global leadership roles serving as CEO and CFO in multiple industries, including asset management and digital assets business’s. He has a proven track record in identifying and capitalizing on early-stage business opportunities, advising on capital raising, scaling strategies, and successful exits. Mr. Calveley currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Buzz AI and as President of HIVE Digital Data (Bermuda, a subsidiary of NASDAQ-listed HIVE Digital Technologies Ltd. HIVE specializes in building and operating advanced data centers used for High-Performance Computing (HPC) and cryptocurrency mining. Mr. Calveley was also the Co-Founder and former Managing Partner of AltFi Capital Management Ltd, a digital asset hedge fund. His leadership and financial acumen have consistently led to the creation and realization of significant shareholder value across various sectors. He has a well- established history of founding, acquiring, restructuring, and selling companies. Notable achievements include the successful sale of a global hedge fund administration business to Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group and the acquisition and subsequent sale of Bermuda Telephone Company. Mr. Calveley is a CFA Charter Holder and a UK Chartered Accountant. He graduated from Essex University, UK and holds both a Masters and Bachelor degrees in Economics. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), having served as Chapter Chair of YPO Bermuda for three years and lives in Bermuda.
