Andy is a Partner at Draper Associates, where he specializes in investing in early-stage technology companies and guiding their technology and business development, and strategic partnerships. Additionally, he is a founding partner at Draper Dragon, a WEB3 fund, and serves as Chair of the Executive Committee at Draper University, a Silicon Valley accelerator and entrepreneurship education program, where he teaches finance and fundraising to aspiring entrepreneurs. Finally, he also directs VCx, an invite-only alliance of family offices, which promotes generational relationship building, education, and coinvesting amongst members. Today VCx has over 50 member families globally, with core businesses in retail, real estate, food and beverage, insurance, mining and resources, industrial, transportation, banking, to name a few. With over 20 years of experience spanning operations, research and development, investment banking, and venture investing, Andy has been pivotal in seeding over 20 unicorns.
