Sylvie is a seasoned executive, board member and entrepreneur. She is the founder of Blue Bridge Group AI (BB.AI): the System Integration platform company for the AI era. Neither another SaaS nor a people-based service company, Blue Bridge is a heavily AI-augmented System Integrator focusing on helping companies augment their employees with AI assistants for complex tasks and replace their employees by AI agents for the most fastidious tasks, in an agile, flexible and future proof-way, for an optimized ROI. One persona at a time, without rebuilding legacy systems landscapes or transforming companies’ operating models. Delivering value, today, at speed, in a mastered way, across systems, onto companies’ workflow. Blue Bridge combines a focused team of Best in Class data scientists, business analysts / value realization experts and orchestration software engineers, heavily supported by automation, AI building blocks and modular pipelines. She is board member of WNS (a business process management company listed on the NYSE) and Technion University (global brand committee, next gen donators committee and France antenna). Sylvie has a track record of building and growing successful global technology-centric businesses. As CEO Shared Platform for Publicis, the advertising global leader, she was notably in charge of AI and relationship with large technology partners (OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, Nvidia) but also in charge of selecting start-up partners (Runway, Bria, ElevenLab,TruePic, Heygen etc etc...). She drove actual adoption at scale of generative Ai for ideation, creation, production and advertising activation optimization but also drove inhouse deployment of smart AI agents throughout companies’ processes. Previously, based in Singapore, Sylvie was International President (world ex China) of Envision GreenTech “Net Zero thanks to technology” champion (AIoT, wind turbine and EV batteries). She expended the business by signing hardware (turbines and batteries) and software deals with Total, Renault, Nissan, Shell, BP, Singapore government, Keppel, Sembcorp, Port of Antwerp, Nike, Starbucks... and recruiting an international team, in US, Europe and Asia. Sylvie was eight years at Allianz: global CEO of Allianz Assistance (based in Singapore), the B2B2C travel, automotive, home and digital service leader and chairwoman of Allianz Managed Operations and Services (based in Munich). She launched a greenfield mobile phone insurance activities in partnership with phone OEMs and ecommerce platforms (Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, Xiami, Huawei, Aliexpress, Ebay, Amazon). She managed a cost take out of 1bn€ per year to redeploy 500M€ in technology investments. She was also in charge of leveraging Allianz Venture participations and dealing with the start-up / fintech ecosystem (Revolut, N26, Simplesurance, Amwell, Good Doctor...). Sylvie has been global COO of Accenture Management Consulting driving sales, revenues, profitability, offerings, investments and acquisitions. She spent twenty years at Accenture helping clients transform and grow in the pharmaceutical, automotive and construction industries. Sylvie served in the board of M6 / RTL (TV and radio broadcasting), Covivio (REIT) and Aperam, during IPO time. Sylvie graduated from Ecole Centrale Paris and holds an Accenture-sponsored Kellogg’s Northwestern Executive MBA. She is decorated from the French Légion d’Honneur and a member of Le Siècle.
