Jennifer Tejada is the CEO and Chairperson of PagerDuty, the global leader in digital operations management (NYSE: PD). Jennifer brings more than 25 years of diverse experience, including CEO of Keynote Systems, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Mincom, and senior positions at Procter & Gamble and i2 Technologies. She is an active tech investor as an LP in multiple firms, including Operator Collective, Harlem Capital, and Penny Jar. Since 2018, Jennifer has also served as a board member of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. (NYSE: EL). She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational behavior and business management from the University of Michigan.
