PhD from the French Nuclear Industry, I started my AI career as a Research Engineer in the Paris Samsung AI Lab. After multiple years experimenting with Transformers models I joined LightOn in 2021 to help them scale their LLM efforts. Involved in the Falcon LLM project, I was a key contributor in the development of the custom distributed pretraining codebase (that ran on ~4000 GPUs in a cloud environment). Currently, I’m Cofounder & CTO @ Adaptive ML where we’re building a platform for companies to Test, Choose and Adapt their genAI models using users’ interactions.
